Shipping policy

At Ahjtgroup, we work to process and deliver orders in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, estimated processing and delivery times, shipping charges, and other important shipping information.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

If shipping fees apply in the future, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5 to 8 business days.

Estimated total delivery time

Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Please note that these are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will generally begin processing that same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends or holidays, will generally begin processing on the next business day.

6. Shipping Carriers

We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other delivery partners depending on the destination, package size, and operational needs.

The carrier used for your shipment may vary from order to order.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that may include tracking information, if available.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after your order has been shipped, please contact us at:

8. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ahjtgroup.com.

We may be able to update the shipping address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once order preparation has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, we are generally unable to change the delivery address.

9. Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not currently support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order.

If you would like items shipped to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information submitted at checkout.

11. Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • carrier service interruptions
  • severe weather
  • peak holiday periods
  • incorrect address details
  • operational disruptions

We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

12. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you may track your order using the tracking information sent to your email after shipment.

If your store has an Order Tracking page, customers may also use that page by entering their order details or tracking number.
