1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
4. How long does shipping take?
After your order has been shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other external factors.

In most cases, this means approximately 6–11 business days.
6. How can I track my order?
If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after shipment, please contact us at info@ahjtgroup.com.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ahjtgroup.com. We may be able to make changes before your order is processed or shipped, but we generally cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit.
8. Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before your order is processed or shipped. However, because orders are handled quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
9. What if my order has already been processed or shipped?
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and applicable tags attached.
11. How do I start a return?
To request a return, please email info@ahjtgroup.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the name used for the order, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
12. Can I return an item without contacting you first?
No. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
13. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
14. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
15. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ahjtgroup.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and assist you.
16. Do you offer exchanges?
Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability and the condition of the returned item. Please contact us before returning any item if you would like to request an exchange.
17. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page before placing your order. For the best fit, we recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar garment you already own.
18. What unit is used in your size guide?
All measurements in our size guide are listed in centimeters (cm). Due to manual measurement, a difference of 1–3 cm may occur.
19. Will the color look exactly the same as in the photos?
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual color may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and device display.
20. Is it safe to pay on your website?
