How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • A brief description of the reason for the return
  • Photos of the item, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note that the business address listed on our website is not automatically the return address. The correct return address, if your return is approved, will be provided by email by our support team.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ahjtgroup is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@ahjtgroup.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Exchanges

We currently handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability and the condition of the returned item.
