Order Cancellation Policy

At Ahjtgroup, we understand that you may need to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. Please review the policy below carefully.

Order Cancellation Requests

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ahjtgroup.com.

We will do our best to assist you if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, because orders are prepared quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed.

Orders That Have Already Been Processed or Shipped

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

In that case, you may still be eligible to request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes and Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

We may be able to make changes before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee modifications once order preparation has begun or after the order has been shipped.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after confirmation, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
